Wouldn’t it be nice to offer your visitors a mobile version of your blog? This can help them to reach your blog even when they’re not in front of a pc, allowing them to read you when they’re on the bus or not in front of their computer.
There’s a cool plugin for wordpress that create a mobile edition of your blog, allowing your visitors to view your site from PDAs, Smartphones and small screen devices. It createas a mobile interface with smaller and faster pages that can fit on a small screen.
No configuration is needed, just activate the plugin and each time one of your visitors will use a mobile browser the mobile interface will be automatically displayed.
You can see it at work by visiting www.mapelli.info from your mobile.
The plugin can be downloaded at AlexKing plugin page

that’s cool! I must have it…
Now someone needs to come up with a plugin that shows how many mobile surfers access the site!
I’m definitely getting this one, what would be even better is a mobile theme for the admin section :)
This is cool, I got it now!
I definitely agree with Court. That would be an awesome plugin. Imagine how cool it would look having something like that on your sidebar.

its compitible with wordpress 27.1 ??
Hi,
I’ve just checked out your blog on my Blackberry and whilst it works, it looks almost nothing like your website! No logo, no nice colours, etc!
I’ve written a new plugin for wordpress called the Wapple Architect Mobile Plugin for Wordpress and as well as making your blog work perfectly on every mobile phone in the world, it keeps the same URL structure and allows you to keep your brand identity by carrying across styles and allowing you to upload mobile logos.
Version 1.4 has been released and there are a ton of features (more than any other mobile plugin) giving you real control over how your mobile site looks and functions.
The homepage can be found here: http://wordpress.org/extend/pl.....architect/ and it’d be great to hear what you thought or if you wanted to try it out!
